BER (Building Energy Rating)

Cranagh Energy are highly qualified engineers registered with Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) to provide low cost independent Building Energy Rating Assessments of your property. As from 1^st January 2009 all properties offered for sale or rent require a BER certificate by law.
